Two workshops, one way of working

Same tools, same thinking. Measure what is actually there, understand it, change one thing at a time, and always be able to go back.

3D design & printing

From an idea, a sketch or a broken part to a finished one.

We model in CAD and print in materials that handle heat, load and time. If a part has failed and you cannot source a replacement, we measure it and make a new one.

  • CAD modelling from a sketch, photo or measured part
  • Replacement parts that are no longer produced
  • Prototypes and test fits before committing
  • Enclosures, brackets and mounts for electronics
  • Short runs — from one piece to a few hundred
  • PETG, ASA, PA-CF, PC and TPU depending on the load

Already have a file? Send an STL or STEP and we will come back with price and lead time.

Computers & IT

Built for the job, not for the shelf.

We build computers around what they will be used for and the budget that exists, and repair the ones that stopped working. For homes and for smaller businesses.

  • Custom PC builds — gaming, CAD, video or office
  • Upgrades to memory, storage, cooling and power
  • Diagnosing crashes, blue screens and lost performance
  • Thermal service — cleaning and paste replacement
  • Data recovery and backups that actually run
  • Networking, wifi and operating system installs

If a repair is not worth the money, we say so straight away.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

The same run-through whether it is a part or a computer.

  1. 01

    We talk it through

Tell us what you have, what you want out of it and roughly what the budget is. Call, email or drop by.

  2. 02

    Assessment and fixed price

The part gets measured or the computer gets diagnosed. Then you get a price and a date — before we start.

  3. 03

    The work gets done

We do the job and get in touch if anything changes the picture. If something unexpected turns up we call, we do not guess on your behalf.

  4. 04

    Handover

You see what was done — files, receipts and any parts replaced. CAD source files and backups come with you.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

I have a broken part but no drawing — is that still possible?

Yes, and it is a large part of the work. We measure the part with calipers, scan it if the shape is complicated, and model it in CAD. Before we commit you get a test piece to check the fit, so it does not turn into an expensive surprise.

Do printed parts hold up in real use?

It depends on the material and how the part is loaded. PETG handles everyday use, ASA takes sun and weather without going brittle, and fibre-reinforced nylon copes far better with heat and mechanical load. We choose the material for what the part will face — and say so if printing is the wrong method and the part should be machined or bought instead.

How long does a job take?

A printed part is usually ready within a couple of days depending on size and queue. Designing something from scratch depends on how much modelling it needs, and a computer normally comes back within a few working days. You get a date along with the price, not afterwards.

Do you print in metal?

No, we print in plastic. If the part needs to be metal we design it and prepare the files for CNC or metal printing at a partner — you get a price for the whole route, not just our part of it.

Can you recover data from a drive that will not start?

Often. If the fault is logical — deleted files, a broken partition, an OS that will not boot — it can usually be solved here. If the drive is mechanically damaged it needs a clean room, and we refer you on rather than make things worse. We tell you which it is before you pay anything.

Do I need to book?

No, we take 3D enquiries and computers as they come. Call or email before you drop by so you know we are in and can take it there and then.

Got a project in mind?

Describe what you have and what you want out of it, and we will come back with a price and a date. Asking costs nothing.
